Textile Mills Limited was incorporated in
Pakistan as a private limited company in
1952 and converted into public limited company
in 1960 and subsequently listed on the Karachi
Stock Exchange. The Company is engaged in
the business of manufacturing, bleaching,
dyeing, printing, buying, selling and dealing
in textile, yarn, cloth and fabrics made
from raw cotton and polyester Fiber. |
The
Company is .a fully integrated composite
textile unit comprising of three Spinning
Units, one Weaving Unit and a complete Bleaching,
Dyeing, Rotary Printing and Finishing process
Unit equipped with state-of-art machinery.
Moreover the Company continues with balancing,
modernization and replacement (BMR) programme
to improve efficiency, production quality
and to achieve cost effectiveness. |
Fateh
Textile Mills Limited now ranks as one of
the largest textile manufacturing and exporting
Unit in Pakistan. The Company is marketing
its products throughout the world specially
in Europe, United States of America and
Far-east. It employ's a worldwide marketing
network including seventy overseas agents
to distribute the products. Company's production
facilities are concentrated in the city
of Hyderabad located at about 180 kilometers
from Karachi Port.

Company has received Karachi Stock Exchange
Top 25 Companies Award for nine consecutive
years. By virtue of its break-up value,
earning and market price per share, Fateh
Textile Mills Limited ranks amongst the
top three Companies of the Country in the
Textile category. |

products, designs and efficient services
and have adopted the policy of value addition. |
