of Ethics and Business Practices |

The
Company's "Ethics and Business Practices"
conform to the Fateh Group Vision and Company's
Mission Statement. These principles apply
to all business transactions, and describe
the behavior expected from every Director
and employee of the Company involved in
Business activities; |

BUSINESS
INTEGRITY |
|
The
Company believes in honesty, integrity and
fairness in all aspects of its business.
The Books of Account should be maintained
properly and all business transactions must
be promptly reflected accurately and fairly
in the accounts of the Company in accordance
with the established procedures and be subject
to audit. Compliance with the spirit of
laws, timely payment of all Government taxes
and dues have been and should continue to
be part of Company's business. Financial
assistance for promoting education, social
and health activities including games, health
care units, donations and charity to deserving
would continue; |

POLITICAL
ACTIVITIES |

The
Company shall neither support any political
party nor contribute any funds to such parties,
organizations or their representatives or
take any part in party politics; |

HEALTH
SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT |
|
The
Company and its employees should take reasonable
care to ensure the health and safety of
themselves and others and for the protection
of the environment; |

CONFIDENTIALITY |
|
Employees
shall not use Company's information and
assets for their
personal advantage. Conflict of interest
should always be avoided. Unpublished information
may be disclosed to external Organizations/individuals
only on “need to know” basis; |

IMPLEMENTATION |
|
The
Company to ensure implementation of these
codes, manage regular monitoring, review
for modifications/amendments, where necessary. |
